A: We have the capability to serve our clients nationwide.
Q: What are you areas of expertise?
A: We are a Technical Staffing Agency. Areas of speciality include Full-Spectrum IT, Helpdesk, Networking, Audiovisual, Security, Telecommunications, Technical Support, etc.
Q: How does your pricing work?
A: Since we’re national pricing varies based on geographic location. It also varies based on what type of talent you’re looking for. Our rates are always all-inclusive though. We promise that our cost structure will be extremely simple, easy to understand, and competitive.
Q: What if I want to hire someone permanently?
A: We are a temporary or “project-based” agency. As such, we do not have a business model that supports permanent hires. However we remain open minded to perm hires under the right circumstances, and when they make sense for everyone involved.
Q: How long will it take you to find me someone qualified?
A: It can be in as little as 24hrs or as long as a few weeks depending on your need. Generally speaking if you’re need is in a major metro area (or remote), and is not super specialized, we can respond very quickly and with great results.
Q: Do you have the ability to dispatch for quick service calls in under 24hrs?
A: No. We are not equipped to handle service calls that are less than 1 full work day or where a local tech is needed on the same day.
